O sistema de danos, por exemplo, foi elevado ao ponto de seu carro ficar completamente destruído após uma grande colisão. Além de vidro quebrado, prepare-se para encontrar portas, rodas e até mesmo seu motor sendo arremessado pelos ares.
Os jogadores mais criativos podem personalizar o veículo a partir do zero e criar combinações improváveis de peças a fim de alcançar desempenho e visual únicos nas pistas. Além disso, a experiência de corrida também foi melhorada e trouxe algumas novidades, como uma nova perspectiva e efeitos de perda de foco à medida que a velocidade aumenta.
